Openmoko fails to boot!

Hello. After using opie for about 3 weeks...I wanted to try openmoko too. I copied the rootfs to /linux on my memory stick, checked to see if linux.boot.cfg are looking for the right files in the right path, I copied the kernel image and everything else on the root of my Memory Card. When it boots up...it tells me it can not find the root filesystem even though I specified it correctly in linux.boot.cfg.
Why isn't it finding the root filesystem?
Maybe it isn't ext2 file,
Maybe it isn't ext2 file, maybe some other error. What ramdisk do you use, what kernel, what device and where did you get openmoko image?
